Returns and Refunds
- Damaged T-Shirts or Prints: We only provide returns and refunds if you receive a damaged t-shirt or a damaged print. In such cases, please follow the procedure below to initiate a return or refund.
- Wrong or Damaged Items: If you receive a wrong or damaged item, ensure to record a video while opening the package (pod bag). This video is mandatory for us to process your return or refund request. Without this video, your query will not be entertained.
Exchanges
- Size Exchanges: If you find that the t-shirt does not fit you well and wish to exchange it for a different size, you will be required to pay a shipping charge of Rs160.
How to Initiate a Return, Refund, or Exchange
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide the necessary details, including your order number and the reason for the return, refund, or exchange.
- Submit Proof: For returns or refunds due to wrong or damaged items, submit the recorded video of the package opening.
- Shipping for Exchanges: For size exchanges, once your request is approved, we will create a Return from your address and will send back the size you want. Note: You will need to cover the shipping charge of Rs160.
Important Notes
- All items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges if the items do not meet our policy criteria.
- Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Cancellations
If you want to cancel an order you’ve placed, just email us at antberry709@gmail.com with your order ID and the name used for the order. If we haven’t processed it yet, we’ll cancel it for you.
We can cancel your order if it hasn’t been shipped yet. But if it’s already on its way, we can’t cancel it from our side. However, you can choose to refuse the delivery when it arrives.
